Why it’s different
An ambient assistant listens to the conversation — with consent — and drafts the note in real time, section by section, for you to accept or edit. Normal findings fill themselves in from your own examination habits; only the abnormal needs typing. The whole consultation lives on one screen: history, examination, diagnosis and plan, with no tab-hopping.
Every suggestion — a drafted section, a ranked differential, a flagged drug interaction — traces back to a specific chart entry or a cited clinical source. Nothing is auto-committed: you accept, edit or ignore each one, and that decision is logged. Turn it off any time, for one patient or the whole practice. The AI proposes; the doctor disposes.
