The ambient scribe
Most scribes assume the whole visit runs in English. Indian OPDs don't work that way — the question goes out in one language, the answer comes back in another, and the note still has to be right. Our speech model is fine-tuned on Indian clinical speech, accents and drug names, and follows the switch without being told.

Why it's different
The ambient scribe understands ten Indian languages and English — and handles the code-switching that actually happens in an OPD, where a question goes out in English and the answer comes back in Hindi or Tamil. It drafts the note section by section as you talk, for you to accept or edit. Nothing typed from scratch.
Listening alongside the scribe, the clinical harness tracks what a thorough consultation for this presentation would cover — and surfaces what hasn’t come up yet. A missed red-flag question. A consideration worth ruling out. It prompts; it never concludes, and you can dismiss any prompt or switch it off entirely.
After the visit, a doctor-governed loop checks medication adherence, chases the lab report that hasn’t come back, reads reports the moment they arrive and books the follow-up — all over WhatsApp, where your patients already are. Clinical questions route to your worklist, never answered by a bot.
